Job Description
This is the Intermediate role within our organization. It is ideal for those that have 2-5 years of experience across a broad spectrum of control/home automation systems, networking, security and surveillance. Additionally, an individual with the passion to develop the sill set necessary to provide service/support and great client interfacing skills is the right fit. Knowledge of all system types and the ability to diagnose, update and fix will be a daily requirement.
You will maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and ultimately recommend system improvements for a specific application.

Job Description
As a Manager, Service and Maintenance at Custom Residential Systems, Inc. you will provide oversight of all service and maintenance requests. Your team will consist of Service Technicians that you will manage/guide to examine complaints; identify solutions; suggest improved methods and techniques; and ultimately recommend system improvements for a specific application

- Hire, mentor, train and develop Service Technicians (including leading the Annual Performance review cycle in conjunction with Senior Management)

As an Electronic Systems Technician Assistant at Custom Residential Systems, Inc. you will help our assist our Technician’s (of all levels) perform all tasks to complete our installations and fulfill the commitment to our customer’s.
This is an entry level role for those with little to no industry experience that want to learn our industry and advance into Technician roles.
This role comes with a clearly defined development path with key development milestones. Advancement into a technician role will come as you demonstrate the ability to understand key job responsibilities, the ability to use what you have learned to meet objectives and meeting pre-determined job requirements for the technician level.

This is the Senior role within our Technician hierarchy and for those that have 5+ years of experience and prepping for management level.

- Oversee and manage job installations related to programming, networking and surveillance (performing all from scratch)
- Extensive troubleshooting
- Hookup and configure all devices; ability to perform Lutron, Vantage, URC and other control systems from scratch
- Manage customer service issues

As a Project Manager at Custom Residential Systems, Inc. you will provide oversight of all assigned jobs that your team is working to complete. Your team will consist of a combination of Technician Assistants, Level 1&2 Technicians and Senior Technicians that are in the field and executing the jobs. Project Managers will be required to oversee all aspects of the projects and provide guidance/expertise to teammates in the field. Project Managers will supervise the field and serve as the primary liaison between Sr. Management and his/her staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, mentor, train and develop Technician Assistants and Level 1/Level 2 and Senior Technicians (including leading the Annual Performance review cycle in conjunction with Senior Management)

The role of the Electronics Systems and Low Voltage Sales Representative is to build relationships with clients (both new and existing) and provide consumers product offerings that meet their needs. You will be responsible for developing business and executing the sale of all company products and solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship management; sell additional company product offerings to existing client base

Job Description
As a Project Manager at Custom Residential Systems, Inc. you will provide oversight of all assigned jobs that your team is working to complete. Your team will consist of a combination of Technician Assistants, Level 1 Senior Technicians that are in the field and executing the jobs. Project Managers will be required to oversee all aspects of the projects and provide guidance/expertise to teammates in the field. Project Managers will supervise the field and serve as the primary liaison between Sr. Management and his/her staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, mentor, train and develop Technician Assistants and Level 1/Level 2 and Senior Technicians (including leading the Annual Performance review cycle in conjunction with Senior Management)
- Schedule and provide oversight/management of multiple (and ongoing) jobs and ensure that projects are delivered on time and at/below budget
- Manage stock and resources (ensuring warehouse is properly stocked); manage change orders
- Provide extensive training and troubleshooting guidance to staff
- Ability to install, program and troubleshoot all company offered products
- Manage and provide solutions for customer service issues
- Communicate job status and needs on behalf of staff to Upper Management
- Serve as liaison between Sr. Management, Sales, Human Resources and all Business Unit Functions
Basic Qualifications:
- Expert level knowledge of low voltage installation procedures and guidelines
- Expert knowledge of security installation procedures, municipality requirements and guidelines;
- High School or equivalent
- 5+ Years of Experience and/or Merit Based; Prior Management Experience (Indirect or Direct)
